SHIPPING

Just $10.00 for all orders of $50.00 or less and FREE for all orders over $50.00, based on total value of all items included on the order. The method of shipment will be selected based on the best method for the order in question and should result in you getting your order in 2 to 10 business days depending on where it is being shipped to. Small orders cost us more to process than we make, which is why we must charge for them. Our products are priced in such a way that when your order is for more than $50.00, we make enough to be able to cover shipping and still make a little proft.

This is for all standard orders shipped to an address in the continental United States. Some items require special handling due to weight and/or size, and as such will have additional shipping and handling charges that apply as well as the possibility of requiring additional time to deliver. We will do our best to notify you of these conditions as you are placing your order. We are only human however, and therefore there may be times when we have neglected to include such conditions in the item description and will need to notify you after the order has been placed. We will always notify you of such conditions prior to shipping though, so that you will have the opportunity to cancel the order before incurring such costs.

You may drop ship to any address in the continental United States at no additional charge. Simply fill out the "alternate shipping address" information at checkout time.

Also, if you are shipping to an address outside the continental United States, or would like special shipping arrangements such as rush shipping to be made, then place your order via email at info@ourlittlegiftshop.com with detailed information about your order including any special shipping and handling reqirements and we will handle and quote the order on a case by case basis.

RETURNS

We do our best to ensure that the pictures represent our products as they are. We are aware, however, that there is the potential that when you receive the item it will not be what you expected. So, in addition to a damaged goods return policy, it is also our policy that our customers should be 100% satisfied with their order. As such, you may return any item for any reason. You must notify us by email at info@ourlittlegiftshop.com within 10 days ( 2 days for damaged items ) of receipt of your shipment and include your name, address, telephone number, item number, item description (name) and a note (optional unless due to damage) telling us why you are returning the item. We will then send you instructions regarding where to ship the items and what the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be which must be included on the shipping label. You may ship the return items using whatever method you choose, and as long as you provide proof of payment for the shipping, we will refund any reasonable shipping costs for the return of the items.

Original shipping costs, if any, and special shipping costs required for some items are not included in the shipping cost refund portion of this refund policy.

Imprinted or personalized items are not covered by this return policy. These items will usually include a proofing phase that would give you the opportunity to ensure that it meets with your approval. This return policy is based on damaged items covered by insurance or resalable items not meeting with your satisfaction. Imprinted or personalized items do not meet these conditions and are therefore not returnable.

You should inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives for any indication that there may be damage and notify the shipper of any such discoveries. Also, if at all possible, open the package and inspect contents while the shipper is still there. If there is any damage, the shipper should have a form that can be filled out which will reduce the time and steps needed to process your return of damaged items. In any event, you should open and inspect your shipment as soon as possible because we are required to have notice within 2 business days of your receipt of the item in order to process the return.

Damaged items will be replaced as soon as stock is available unless a refund has been requested instead. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned items.
